Salt Water Sea Shanties
A collaborative performative event held at The Barbican

Salt water is a natural WiFi blocking technology. Through the collective singing of a sea-shanty, we invited the lakes of The Barbican to turn saline, thereby interfering with the centre’s multiple tracking technologies

the shanty was sung in the presence of a vessel of sea water collected in Margate and transported via train to London
